There is another popular type of Cork Coasters that is a FourLayers construction. The qualified composition cork is put at thebottom, and then MDF board lies above, various
designs (4/C offset printing paper) covers MDF board to make anattractive appearance, finally, a special kind of heat insulationprotective coating is adhered on the top surface. We call this BaKacoaster. The advantages of BaKa coaster comparing with ReKa arecolorful
facing, easy to cleaning and durable. The edge of BaKa coaster canbe natural, sealed with color coating.
Shapes and dimensions:
The typical shapes and dimensions of cork coasters are circle sizeddia. 95mm x 4.0mm and square with 1/4 round corner sized 95mm x95mm x 4.0mm. Custom shapes and sizes are also available.
The edge of BaKa coasters can be beveled for sealing with colorcoating.
